Can I pay with cash or card?
We accept both cash and card.
Where are you based?
We are based in Fulmer Village, Buckinghamshire. We are located just off Fulmer road next to Gerrards cross. Please see our Contact Us page for further details.
Why can’t I see your address?
As a home salon, we do not publicly advertise our address. Please rest assured that you will be provided with our full address and directions upon booking.
Can I park?
Yes, we have parking. Our parking is off street and secure. You will receive instructions as to where to park.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we do. You can pre-order them and they will be sent to you directly or you can collect it from the salon.
Can I bring my child?
We understand at times you may need to bring a child or baby along to your appointment. Although we are not opposed to you doing so, this is to be requested prior to your appointment and at the therapist’s discretion.
Please do not arrive with your child without consent. This is for the safety of your child and the logistics of the treatment you are having.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Unfortunately, at this stage we do not.
Do you treat under 18s?
Treatments are for ages 18 and over. If you are under 18, you must attend your appointment with your parent or caregiver.
Not all treatments are available for those under 18, please contact us for more information and advice on the treatments you require.
Can I come with my friend or another person?
Yes, you can. Please inform us if you intend on bringing someone upon booking. Please note we only have one therapist working at a time so treatments cannot be done at the same time, but we can treat one after the other and you will be together in the same room, perfect for catching up!
Do you use vegan products?
Yes, all the products and brands we use are vegan and cruelty free.
What qualifications do your therapists have?
We are highly trained and experienced in all the treatments we offer. We have NVQ level 4 therapists with 15 years’ experience.
Can I just text to book an appointment?
Absolutely, whichever booking method is best for you.
